Condition:

Poor Appearance

1. Plastic cover material too short, separating.

2. Vanity mirror loose, falls down - inconsistent adhesive application.

3. Flap of vanity mirror hanging down.

Hinge of flap broken (old style with contact).

Detent of vanity mirror broken (new style with microswitch).

Plastic material of vanity mirror frame cracked.

Improper Operation

1. Light not working caused by poor connection or burned out bulbs.

2. Noisy operation of microswitch.

3. Sunvisor does not stay in up position, caused by broken mounting bracket.


Production:

Longer plastic cover material and four (4) additional points for adhesive application.
