Bleed Cooling System

After draining system, open vent valve screw Fig. 6, then fill coolant up to MAX mark on expansion tank. Observe vent valve and close when coolant starts to come out. Install cap on expansion tank, then run engine until electric fan comes on. Check coolant level and top off as necessary.
