Flow Of Diagnosis:

1. Verify customer complaint.
2. Check for applicable TSB's.
3. The driveability worksheet and repair history worksheets can provide helpful clues as to the real nature of a problem.
4. Follow the Flow Of Diagnosis from top to bottom.
5. If no faults are found in the ignition system, refer to Computers and Control Systems.
