Transceiver - Removing/ Installing

TRANSCEIVER, REMOVING/INSTALLING

100S, 100CS




REMOVING

- remove transceiver bracket mounting screws -arrows- and remove bracket
- remove multi-pin connector and antenna cable from transceiver
- remove transceiver




INSTALLING

- attach multi-pin connector to transceiver ensuring fuse -arrow- is exposed
- attach antenna cable to transceiver
- place mounting bracket over transceiver
- mount transceiver and bracket so that connectors face forward and transceiver connector wiring points up
- install mounting bracket securing screws and tighten

CAUTION!
Each transceiver has its own electronic serial number (ESN). ALWAYS register new transceiver with the Cellular Telephone Company before placing a call.




- remove transceiver cover screws -arrow- and remove cover
- disconnect multi-pin connector and antenna cable from transceiver
- remove transceiver from bracket
- install in reverse order of removal

CAUTION!
Each transceiver has its own electronic serial number (ESN). ALWAYS register new transceiver with the Cellular Telephone Company before placing a call.

3 - Screw - 3 Nm (27 in. lb)
4 - Transceiver connector
5 - Antenna cable
^ connects to transceiver

6 - Fuse holder with fuse
7 - Nut - 4.5 Nm (40 in. lb)
8 - Serrated washer
9 - Washer

10 - Transceiver bracket
