Backup Lamp: Testing and Inspection

Quick-Checks:

1. Check fuse #12 (S12) by checking the speedometer. If the speedometer indicates properly (sender unit OK), then the fuse #12 is OK.
2. On Coupe Quattro only, check ground connections by checking the other rear lights. If they are also out, look for a poor connection between the rear lamp assembly connector(s) and ground. See wiring diagram for terminal identification. Electrical Diagrams
