5 Adapter
• 50 Nm (37 ft lb)

6 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

7 Gasket
• Always replace

8 Oil thermostat
• For oil cooler

9 Gasket
• Always replace

10 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

11 Gasket
• Always replace

12 Gasket
• Always replace

13 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

14 Oil supply line
• For turbocharger

15 Gasket
• Always replace

16 Oil return line
• For turbocharger

17 25 Nm (18 ft lb)

18 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

19 Gasket
• Always replace

20 Oil filter bracket
• With flange for oil line to turbocharger
• Installation position is fixed with alignment pins

21 Oil filter
• Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ft lb)
• Loosen and tighten with strap wrench
• Lightly oil seal
• Fill oil to normal level and start engine
• Check for leaks and retighten if necessary

22 Banjo bolt
• 70 Nm (52 ft lb)
• With 0-ring

23 Air duct

24 Self-tapping screw
• For securing air duct

25 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

26 Oil cooler bracket

27 Oil cooler

28 0-ring
• Always replace
