Headlight Assembly (S4, S6)

Headlight Assembly ( S4, S6 ):

1 - Rubber trim (gasket)
2 - Retaining clip
- Carefully pry off with screwdriver
- Push on by hand
3 - Lens
4 - Reflector frame
5 - Reflector
6 - High beam bulb
- 12 volts, 55 watts
7 - Low beam headlight insert
8 - Low beam bulb
- 12 volts, 55 watts
9 - Bulb retaining clip
10 - Fog light bulb
- 12 volts, 55 watts
11 - Fog light insert
12 - Cover
13 - Retaining clip
14 - Parking light bulb and socket
- 12 volts, 5 watts
15 - Not installed on USA/Canada vehicles
16 - Reflector adjuster
17 - Headlight housing
18 - Turn signal bulb socket
19 - Turn signal bulb
- 12 volts, 21 watts
20 - Turn signal lens
21 - Mounting bracket
- Clipped into reflector
22 - Mounting bracket
- Clipped into reflector
23 - Low beam, high beam, and parking light connector and wiring harness
24 - Fog light connector and wiring harness
25 - Mounting screw with washer

Fog lights, adjusting






NOTE: Before adjusting fog light on the right side, remove trim.

- Turn screw (arrow) to adjust fog light until light beam aligns with orientation line of headlight aiming device.

Fog lights, removing and installing





- Remove trim -A-.
- Remove screws (arrows).
- Remove fog light.
Install in reverse order of removal.

Front turn signal, removing and installing





- Press clip (arrow) downward.
- Slide light assembly forward from headlight housing. Install in reverse order of removal.

Headlights, adjusting





- Check headlight adjustment using headlight aiming device.
- Adjust headlight by turning screws -A- and/or -B-.
Use Phillips head screwdriver or hex head wrench.
- Turn screw -A- clockwise to lower headlight beam (counterclockwise to raise)
- Turn screw -B- clockwise to turn headlight beam in (counterclockwise to turn out)
