Cause:
Small metallic particles (not acid rain) settle on horizontal surfaces of vehicles.

Production:
No change.

Service:
Apply industrial fallout remover ZEP X-20472 available from local ZEP distributors.

Cleaning procedure:
- Preclean vehicle surface by hand with quality car wash product and let dry.
- Inspect finish for any small metallic particles. If present, apply fallout remdver with low pressure spray or cloth or soft sponge.
- Let soak (approximately 10 minutes), rewetting as necessary - NEVER LET IT DRY!
- Thoroughly rinse all treated surfaces with strong water jet.
- Wash vehicle in automatic car wash (brushless).
- If necessary, repeat washing using a soft sponge.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Preclean by hand - not in car wash.
- Do not apply at temperatures above 77 degrees F (25 degrees C) or in direct sunlight.
- Always wear safety glasses and goggles.
- Follow safety instructions on manufacturer's label.
