READ MEASURING BLOCK VALUE
(VAG 1551 function 08)

PROCEDURE

- Connect VAG 1551 scan tool. Refer to Connecting and Operating VAG 1551 Scan Tool. Connecting and Operating VAG 1551 Scan Tool

- Advance through program until display appears as shown:

Rapid data transfer HELP
Select function XX

- Let engine idle.

- Press 0 and 8 buttons to select function 08 "Read Measuring Block Value"

- Display will appear as shown:

- Press Q button to enter input

- Display will appear as shown:

Input display group number XX

Refer to Measuring Value Block Overview Chart for display group selections.

- Press 0 and 1 buttons to select display group 01

- Press Q button to enter input

- Display will appear as shown:

- Refer to the Measuring value block, Troubleshooting charts for the display values and actions to take.

NOTES:

If the printer is switched ON, the current display will be printed out.

The current display will be printed out each time the PRINT button is pressed.

When the specified values are obtained.

- Press the "Arrow" button

- Display will appear as shown:

- Display will appear as shown:
