When performing the initial Delivery Inspection, check/inspect poly-ribbed belt muting as shown in this Bulletin. When necessary perform corrective action(s) as outlined prior to delivery to the customer.

1 - Tensioner

loosening, see Repair Manual, page 13-5

2 - 45 Nm (33 ft lb)

3 - 20 Nm (15 ft lb)

4 - 20 Nm (15 ft lb)

5 - Poly-ribbed belt

^ removing/installing. see Repair Manual, page 13-5

7 - Bolt

^ 400 Nm (295 ft lb) without using tool 2079

^ 350 Nm (258 ft lb) when using tool 2079

^ removing/installing, see Repair Manual, page 13-7

^ secure to drive belt sprocket with 8 screws, torque to 20 Nm (15 ft lb)

8 - 20 Nm (15 ft lb)
