CONDITION

Vehicle pulls to one side.

A tire has assumed a conical profile of sufficient proportion to allow the vehicle to drift in one direction.

PRODUCTION

No change

SERVICE

- Check and adjust tire inflation pressures to specifications

- Rotate tires from rear to front and from left side to right side ("X" pattern rotation)

If the vehicle continues to pull after rotating tires:

- For vehicles pulling to the right, turn left front tire on rim (reverse running direction) and for vehicles pulling to the left turn right front tire on rim

CAUTION
Do not reverse running direction on tires designed to track in one direction only.

If the vehicle still pulls to one side:

- Align vehicle

If the vehicle continues to pull or drift to one side after all three service steps, consult the appropriate District service personnel.
