Evaporator Refrigerant Lines

- discharge A/C refrigerant system

- remove bolt -A-

- loosen refrigerant line clamp and remove lines from evaporator

- plug all open connections to prevent moisture and dirt contamination

- install in reverse order of removal noting the following:

- replace 0-ring seals -B- and -C-

^ O-ring seal -C- (inlet): 10.8 mm inside diameter, 1.8 mm thickness

^ O-ring seal -B- (outlet): 17.2 mm inside diameter, 1.8 mm thickness

- ensure lines fit into evaporator smoothly without binding

- torque bolt -A- to 15 Nm (11.0 ft lb)
