Read Measuring Value Block (Function 08)

Automatic climate control


NOTE: Ten measuring value blocks with 4 measuring display fields each are used.


If printer is switched ON, display is automatically printed out.
- Before reading measuring value block, check Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory.
- Eliminate/repair all malfunctions, then erase DTC memory.
- Keep engine running after checking DTC memory.
- Operate VAG 1551 scan tool until display shows "AC/Heating Electronics" address word 08.

- Connect VAG 1598 test box to A/C control head connectors using VAG 1598/11 and VAG 1598/12 adapter cables.
