Front Bumper Assembly





1 - 40 Nm (30 ft lb)
2 - Expanding clip
3- Guide
bumper cover slides over guide
4 - Screw
1.0 Nm (9 in lb)
5 - Seal, left
self adhesive, peel off backing paper before installing adhesive surface on bumper cover, must be clean and dry
6 - Air duct
7 - Screw
1.0 Nm (9 in lb)
8 - Spacer
9 - Trim
10 - Screw
1.0 Nm (9 in lb)
11 - Expanding clip
12 - Trim
covers mounting screws of turn signal housing
13 - Bumper cover
14 - Seat. right
self adhesive, peel off backing paper before installing adhesive surface on bumper cover, must be clean and dry
15 - Air duct
secured with speed nuts
16 - Bumper
Removing
• remove sound dampening pan
• remove nut -1-
• pull bumper cover ends off over wheel house liner
• pull back sufficiently to disconnect fog lights and turn signals
• continue to pull bumper from vehicle
Installing
• install in reverse order, ensuring bumper cover is fitted into guides, and over wheel house liner
17 - Impact absorber
remove nuts -18-
18 - 23 Nm (17 ft lb)
