DTC 00532 Power supply signal

Note:If the voltage supply is less than 9V, it is considered a fault.

- Connect test box VAG 1598 at transmission control module. Refer to Connecting VAG 1598 Pin Out Box

- Let engine run.

- Set DVOM to measurement range 20 VDC and connect between sockets 7 and 17 and 1 and 7 in turn.

^ Must be minimum of 12 volts.

- If not: check wiring according to wiring diagram, alternator and battery charge.
