Right Side

1. Disconnect axle shaft, then remove drive flange bolt and support flange with a drift punch.
2. Place an oil drain pan underneath and remove flange.
3. Pry out oil seal using prying tool VW 681 or equivalent.
4. Drive in new oil seal to stop, then install flange and axle shaft.
5. Torque flange to differential bolts to 18 ft. lbs. and axle shaft to flange bolts to 33 ft. lbs.
