Cooling System: Service and Repair

1. Loosen bleeder screws, one under water tray cover at lefthand side next to blower and the other in large water pipe at lefthand side next to temperature sensor.
2. Pour coolant into expansion tank, while observing bleeder screws.
3. Tighten bleeder screws as soon as coolant runs out.
4. Continue filling expansion tank until level reaches edge, then install cap on tank.
5. Run engine at idle until radiator fan has come on once, then increase engine speed to 2000 RPM for about 30 seconds.
6. Turn engine Off, then check coolant level in expansion tank and top off as necessary.
