NOTE: During removal and installation procedures, refer to the component location illustration above and component notes below.

COMPONENT NOTES
Gasket (2)
- Always replace.

Self Locking Nut (3)
- Always replace.
- Tighten to: 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).

HO2S (4)
- Tighten to: 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
- When installing sensor, lubricate threads with G5, or equivalent, antiseize.
- Do not allow antiseize to enter slotted part of sensor body.

TWC, Left Side (5)
- With uncoupling element.
- Handle uncoupling element carefully; protect from shock loads and large misalignment (maximum 10°).

TWC, Right Side (6)
- With uncoupling element.
- Handle uncoupling element carefully; protect from shock loads and large misalignment (maximum 10°).

02S Behind TWC (7)
- Tighten to: 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
- When installing sensor, lubricate threads with G5, or equivalent, antiseize.
- Do not allow antiseize to enter slotted part of sensor body.

Clamping Sleeve (8)
- Tighten to: 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
- Always replace.
- Tighten evenly.
- Install in horizontal position in vehicle.

Exhaust Hanger (9)
- Always use lubricant and prevent damage to rubber.

Hex Bolt (10)
- Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)..

Exhaust Hanger (13)
- Always use lubricant and prevent damage to rubber.
