Oil used in the final drive of the 01K transmission is a synthetic oil instead of the mineral-based oil used previously.





Page 00-4 of the repair manual is superceded by the illustration in this bulletin, which shows the correct gear oil specification.

Also, the type of ATF used in the planetary gearbox of the transmission has been revised. The capacity chart that follows has been changed to include this revision as well. Use only the ATF specified.
