Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Unscrew viscous fan from bearing, then pull rearward into shroud.
4. Remove shroud and viscous fan assembly.
5. Disconnect radiator hoses.
6. Remove electric cooling fan and shroud assembly.
7. Disconnect radiator air ducting.
8. Remove radiator attaching nuts, then radiator.
9. Reverse procedure to install.
