Wiring Between Module and Solenoid Valve

Vehicle raised (Servotronic solenoid valve accessible only from below)

NOTE: The Servotronic control module is installed under the rear seat on the right side.

- Remove rear seat bench.
- Disconnect harness connector from Servotronic control module





- Disconnect harness connector from Servotronic solenoid valve.





- Set digital multimeter (Fluke 83 or equivalent) to measure resistance (ohms), and check between Servotronic control module harness connector terminals 8 and 11.
Specification: Infinity
- If resistance is not as specified:
- Check for short circuit in wiring, according to wiring diagram, and repair as necessary.
- If resistance is OK:





- Connect jumper wires across two terminals of Servotronic solenoid valve harness connector, using VAG1594 connector test kit.
Specification: 0 ohms
- If resistance is 0 ohms:
- Check for short circuit in wiring, according to wiring diagram, and repair as necessary.
