Fuel Gauge, Removing and Installing
Fuel gauge, removing and installing (Nippon Seiki)- Remove instrument cluster. Service and Repair
- Remove hex nuts -4- with washers and remove instrument panel light dimmer switch -3-.
- Remove screws -1- and remove Mini-Check system display unit -2-.
- Remove screws -1- and -4-.
- Disconnect speedometer harness connector -2-.
CAUTION! The printed circuit is fragile. Use extreme care in removing, installing or handling, or damage to the circuit will result.
- Carefully remove printed circuit -3-.
- Remove speedometer mounting plate screw -1-.
- Remove speedometer mounting plate -2- and speedometer.
- Do not remove speedometer screws -3-.
- Remove fuel gauge -1- from front frame -2-.
- Install in reverse order of removal.
