Automatic Day/Night Rearview Mirror, Testing Function

The function test is performed with the rearview mirror installed and the ignition on. The transmission selector lever must not be in the reverse position.

- Cover photosensor on front of mirror (tape).
- Use light source (flashlight) to direct light onto photosensor on rear of mirror.

The rearview mirror must darken within a few seconds.
