Cruise Control: Testing and Inspection

System does not work:
- If a malfunction is found using the following troubleshooting procedure, check the wiring between the engine control module connector and the suspected component.
- The speed signal (necessary for cruise control operation) can be suppressed by malfunctions in other systems.
- If all measurements and specifications are obtained, replace the control module for the cruise control.

Requirements:
- Fuses 9 and 14 OK
- Brake lights function OK
