Operating Rods For Front Door Lock, Removing and Installing

- Installation same as for securing rod -4-
- Clip length -a- : 13 ± 3 mm
8 - Cover for door lock
- To remove, unclip lock cover.
- Lock cover should attach smoothly
Installing Securing Rod For Lock Cylinder
- Operating lever -1- must be secured using 4 mm drift -5- (spiral bore). Drift must be inserted through lock cover -4- and into operating lever -1-.
Lock cover -4- disengages smoothly and is replaced with a larger lock cover See image A57-0023 above.
To adjust the securing rod, there must be a gap of approximately 1 mm between the input hole -6- and impact (drift -5- is released).
- Snap hinged clip -2- into activation lever -1-.
- Insert securing rode -3- for lock cylinder into hinged clip -2- and snap into place.
- Tilt operating clip -4- 90°, insert into door lock activation lever -5- and tilt back upward.
- Snap lock cylinder securing rod -3- into operating clip -4- without permitting play (do not bend door lock activation lever -5-).
Maximum play: 1.5 mm
- Slide up casing on operating clip -4-.
