Differential Fluid - A/T: Testing and Inspection

FINAL DRIVE OIL LEVEL, CHECKING
(With transmission installed)
- Requirements
- Transmission cold, or warm to the touch
- Vehicle on level ground
- Checking
- Open gear oil filler plug (1 in illustration).
- If necessary, using a suitable SAE 75/90W Synthetic oil, top up until gear oil runs out of filler opening.
- Close gear oil filler plug.
Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft lb)
