Service

Aim headlights using instructions in Repair Manual (see Maintenance >> Headlights, checking and adjusting) for all models except for 90, 100, S4, A6, S6 (1997) and Cabriolet, see Electrical Equipment, Repair group 94 >> Lights, Switches - Exterior).

- Correction to VOL setting for Low Beam = 1.0%.

- Ensure vehicle is properly loaded as outlined in procedure.

- In cases where customer states that headlights appear to be aimed too low with correct 1.0% inclination, it is allowable to adjust to 0.7% inclination.
