CAUTION!
A/C refrigerant system must be discharged before removing heater/air conditioner assembly.



Removing heater/air conditioner assembly.

1 - Heater/air conditioner housing
- Assembly
2 - Retainer plate
3 - Bracket
- Note bracket orientation before removing.
4 - Fresh air blower assembly -V2- including control module for fresh air blower - J126-
- Fresh air blower, removing and installing
6 - Screw
7 - Temperature regulator flap motor -V68-
- With temperature regulator flap motor position sensor -G92-
- Removing and installing
8 - Central air flap motor -V70-
- With central air flap motor position sensor -G112-
- Removing and installing
9 - Sender for outlet temperature, floor outlet -G192-
- Removing and installing
10 - Footwell/defroster flap motor -V85-
- With bracket
- Removing and installing
12 - Grommet
- Check for proper fit.
- Missing grommet will result in cold air entering footwell area
13 - Foam gasket
- Seals and routes condensed water from evaporator to drip guide. Refer to "Evaporator Housing Drain, Checking". Testing and Inspection
14 - Air flow flap motor -V71-*
- Operates air flow flap and the fresh air/recirculating air flap
- With back pressure flap motor position sensor -G113-
- Removing and installing
15 - Fresh air intake duct temperature sensor -G89-
- Removing and installing
