Customer has been in two times for the same repair or has 10 days down time, and is still dissatisfied.
Service
Per the Policies and Procedures Manual, Article 6, Page 6, immediately inform your OTS if either of the above conditions occur.
Note:
Failure to inform your OTS could result in a warranty review and possible dealer chargeback for warranty claims or repurchase/replacement. Please review this procedure with your OTS.
