How to Find Wiring Diagrams
NOTE: Audi Wiring Diagrams are presented in three categories.
Wiring Diagram Categories:
1 - Standard Equipment
2 - Engine Specific
3 - System Specific and Optional Equipment
Standard Equipment
This category includes equipment such as Instrument Cluster, Headlights, etc. and provides circuit detail for them.
Standard equipment diagrams have been integrated into the engine specific diagrams for this model.
Engine Specific
This category includes components and systems circuits such as Powertrain Management, Ignition System, Fuel Injection System, etc, which are unique to a specific engine.
The Engine Specific diagrams can be found at vehicle level diagrams together with Standard Equipment diagrams.
System Specific and Optional Equipment
This category includes equipment such as Air Bag Systems, Anti-lock Brake System, Heated Seats, etc. and provide circuit detail for those systems and components.
The System Specific and Optional Equipment diagrams can be found at the specific System/SubSystem that they are most closely related to and also at vehicle level diagrams together with Standard Equipment and Engine Specific diagrams.
How to Find Wiring Diagrams
Example**: Let's assume we are looking for the "Mass Air Flow Sensor" diagram.
1. Select the Wiring Diagram category that the "Mass Air Flow Sensor" is most closely related to, which will be the "Engine Specific" category.
2. Open the Index article for components.
3. Find "Mass Air Flow Sensor" on the component list and the coresponding track number, which is Track 71-84.
4. Open the article "Diagrams By Track Number".
5. Click on the image button named Track 71-84.

If the component you are looking for is not included in the index of selected category, then please search the index of the next appropriate category.
Some components can be found in more then one wiring diagram category.
