Checking Switch For Steering Column Height Adjustment




- 25 pin harness connector from control module disconnected
- Operate switch as specified below
- Using Fluke 83, check control module harness harness connector

Terminal 8: 31 Ground when switch set to "entry assistance"
Terminal 14: 31 Ground when switch set to "out", then Battery voltage
Terminal 15: 31 Ground when switch set to "in", then Battery voltage
Terminal 18: 31 Ground when switch set to "tilt down", then Battery voltage
Terminal 19: 31 Ground when switch set to "tilt up", then Battery voltage


NOTE: Check switch power and ground Supply for steering column height adjustment using wiring diagram
