P0441

NOTE: With this diagnosis, the flow through the Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) system is checked. To do this, the leak detection pump is triggered by the Engine Control Module (ECM) with EVAP canister purge regulator valve -N80- open. If the EVAP canister purge regulator valve -N80- is intact and the hose connections for the EVAP system are correct, pressure must not build up in the system. However if pressure builds up in the EVAP system, the diagnostic trouble code "P0441/16825" is set.
