Antenna: Service and Repair

Removing




- Remove nuts -4-, toothed lock washers -3 and bolts -7-.
- Disconnect antenna cable -5-, wire connector and water drain hose from antenna assembly.
- Remove power antenna assembly -2- downward out of sealing grommet -1- by pushing down on the telescoping head and pulling on the assembly.

Installing
- Install in reverse order of removal noting the following:
- Ensure ground connection is tight
- Coat wire connections with dielectric grease if necessary
- Nuts -4- tightening torque: 4.5 Nm (40 in lb)
