Toothed camshaft drive belt, assembly






CAUTION: Tighten camshaft sprocket bolts after belt tension is adjusted.
Install camshaft holder 3243 before tightening sprocket bolts.

1 - Camshaft sprocket
Removing and installing, refer to Service and Repair Service and Repair

2 - Locking plate
Side with inscribed lettering faces camshaft

3 - 30 Nm (22 ft lb) plus additional 1/2-turn (180°)

4 - Toothed belt tensioner 45 Nm (33 ft lb)

5 - Toothed belt
Removing and installing, refer to Service and Repair Service and Repair

6 - Toothed belt cover
7 - 10 Nm (7 ft lb)
8 - 25 Nm (18 ft lb)
