Door lock (From m.y.1999 VIN 8D XA 200 001), removing and installing







1 - Bolts (2x)
- Tightening torque : 9.5 Nm
2 - Door handle
3 - Door lock
Removing:
- Remove door trim.
- Remove door component carrier.
- Remove cover for door lock.
- Unclip securing rod and operating rod.
- Detach connection hose from actuator for central locking.
- Remove bolts -1-.
- Remove door lock and intermediate plate for lock -2-.

Installing:
- Install in reverse order of removal.

5 - Bowden cable for interior door mechanism
Removing:
- Remove door component carrier.
- Remove cover for door lock.
- Unhook bowden cable (bowden cable shown in magnified area is unhooked), unclip downward and disengage from door lock.

Installing:
- Install in reverse order of removal.

6 - Intermediate - plate for lock
