Nippondenso Compressor Refrigerant Lines, Remove and Install

Nippondenso Compressor Refrigerant Lines, Removing and Installing
- Discharge refrigerant system.







- Remove screws -A- and -B-.
- Tightening torque 25 Nm (18 ft lb).


NOTE:
- Note orientation of refrigerant lines; illustration shows Nippondenso compressor on Audi A8.
- Replace O-rings -C- and -D-.
- O-ring -C-: 23.8 mm inside diameter, 2.4 mm thickness
- O-ring -D-: 11.1 mm inside diameter, 1.8 mm thickness
- Plug all open connections to prevent moisture and dirt contamination.
- Install in reverse order of removal.


CAUTION!
Immediately plug open connections on A/C components and lines to prevent dirt and moisture contamination.
