Seat Back: Service and Repair

- Remove front seat. Service and Repair

1 - Seatback cover
- Removing:
- Flip seat back and unhook retaining strips -6- and -7-.
- Pull cover -5- in direction of arrow from retaining clips.
- Stable textile adhesive strip -3- as protection.
- Using screwdriver pry out -4- under welting -2- and carefully.

NOTES:
- Only welting -2- can be pryed out.
- Do not move under seatback cover with screwdriver or seat cover will pull out.

- Carefully loosen welting along total length.
- Remove screws -8-.
- Guide cover -5- out of seatback cover.

- 2 parts
- Bond to protect seatback cover
4 - Screwdriver
5 - Cover
- 2 parts
- Held in seat rail with clips
- Guided in seatback cover and hooked in
6 - Restraining band
7 - Restraining band
8 - Bolt
- 3 Nm (27 in. lb)
- 2 parts
