NOTE:
- A/C system components identified with an asterisk (*) may only be serviced or replaced after properly discharging refrigerant system.
- A/C system components not identified with an asterisk (*) can be serviced or replaced without discharging refrigerant system.
HD = High - pressure side
ND = Low - pressure side
1 - Compressor
- Manufacturer Nippondenso
NOTE: Removing and installing ribbed V-belt
2 - A/C compressor speed sensor -G111-*
- Not applicable for Nippondenso compressor
3 - A/C clutch -N25-
- Check and adjust gap between belt and clutch disc
- Removing and installing ribbed V-belt
4 - Oil drain plug *
5 - Pressure relief valve *
6 - Connection with valve *
7 - A/C refrigerant pressure switches -F23-, -F118- and -F129-
NOTE:
- A/C refrigerant high pressure switch -F23- and A/C refrigerant high pressure switch -F118- are installed on vehicles with an A/C control head up to Part No. index letter "H."
- On vehicles with an A/C control head beginning at Part No. index letter "J" A/C pressure switch - F129- is installed (introduction of sensor for air quality -G238-).
