Windshield Washer Nozzles, Adjusting







Special tools:
- 3125A windshield washer aiming tool

- Using a water soluble pen, mark windshield at four points.


NOTE:
- The adjustment points are measured from the outer rim of the windshield seal.
- The adjustment dimensions are take into account the vehicle moving. With vehicle stationary, the nozzles spray are slightly off the mark.







Nozzle aiming dimensions:
a - 150 mm (5.9 in.)
b - 340 mm (13.4 in.)
c - 120 mm (4.7 in.)
d - 590 mm (23.2 in.)

- With the special tool, aim for the markings from the respective washer nozzle.
