Air Line, Suspension Control

Assembly Overview
Tightening torque for all air lines on the Audi A6 is 2 Nm (9 inch lbs.).

^ air supply unit to air spring
^ Clip the air lines into markings provided for them.

Make sure correct color markings (A) go with associated position markings of attachment clips or grommets (B)

^ The lines are correctly plugged together when only one of the markings (arrow) is visible.

Note:
^ It is not permissible to shorten the lines.
^ The lines are removed by removing the union screw connection.
^ Remove protective transportation caps of air lines only after laying them, immediately before plugging them together.
