Backrest, Removing And Installing







1 - Backrest

Removing
- Remove child seat bench.
- Remove caps - 4 - (3x).
- Remove bolt - 6 -.
- Remove right outer cover of folding backrest cover - 3 -.
- Unclip right inner cover of folding backrest cover - 7 -.
- Remove bolt - 9 -.
- Remove left cover of folding backrest cover - 8 -.







- Remove bolt - 10 -.
- Remove sleeve - 11 -.
- Remove bolt - 12 -.
- Remove washer - 13 -.
- Lift backrest - 1 - upward.

Installing
- Installation is the reverse of removal.
- Place spring washer - 5 - onto bolt - 12 -. Place a pipe against spring washer and hit pipe with a hammer.

3 - Cover for right folding backrest cover, outside
4 - Caps
5 - Spring washer
6 - Bolt
7 - Cover for right folding backrest cover, inside







8 - Cover for left folding backrest cover
9 - Bolt
10 - Bolt
- Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ft lb)
- Secured with D00600A2 locking compound.
11 - Sleeve
12 - Bolt
- Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ft lb)
- Secured with D00600A2 locking compound.
13 - Washer
