Automatic Vertical Headlight Aim Control, Overview





WARNING! Before working on the electrical system disconnect the battery Ground strap.

NOTE:
- On vehicles with coded radio, obtain anti - theft code before disconnecting battery.
- When the battery is reconnected, re - activate electrical equipment (radio, clock, electric windows, engine management)

1 - High intensity gas discharge headlight (Xenon) with beam adjusting motor - V48 -, - V49 -
2 - Left front level control system sensor - G78 -
- Located at left front control arm of front axle
3 - Left rear level control system sensor - G76 -
- Located at rear axle (front - wheel drive)
- Located at rear cross member left (all - wheel drive)
4 - Automatic vertical aim control system control module -J431-
- Below rear seat bench
