Upper and Lower Lateral Control Arm Bushings

Removing and installing
Special tools and equipment





- 3350 carrier bearing tool
- 3346 support arm bearing tool
- T10030/1 pressure piece

Removing lower bushing
- First remove spring.





- Remove lateral control arm from longitudinal control arm (arrow).
- Remove bolted connection for lateral control arm at subframe.
- Attach tools as shown in illustration





- Remove ball joint by turning support arm bearing tool.

Installing lower bushing





- Attach tools as shown in illustration
- Install bushing by turning support arm bearing tool.
- First remove spring.








- Remove drive axle - 1 - from drive flange - 2 -.
- Attach tools as shown in illustration





- Remove bushing by turning support arm bearing tool.

Installing upper bushing





- Attach tools as shown in illustration
- Install bushing - 1 - by turning support arm bearing tool.
