Telephone Lift Mechanism In Armrest, Removing And Installing







1 - Armrest

NOTE:
- For illustration purposes, armrest is shown removed and without cover.
- The telephone lift mechanism cannot be removed intact.
2 - Telephone lift mechanism

Removing:
- Detach lift - 2 -.
- Using small bolt cutter, cut out lift - 2 - Fig. 3.
- Remove pins - 5 - (4x) Fig. 4.

Installing:
- Always use new pins.
3 - Telephone mount







4 - Release catch for lift mechanism

Removing:
- Using screwdriver, unhook upper part of release catch for lift mechanism - 4 -.
- Press release catch for lift mechanism - 4 - down and out.

Installing:
- First install lower part.
5 - Pins
- Always replace
6 - Cable

- Using turning and tilting motion, carefully remove pins - 2 - (4x) using diagonal cutter - 1 -.
