- Remove bolt - 1 -.
- Tightening torque: 1.2 Nm (10 in.lb)
- Unclip lower tailgate trim - 2 -.
- Unclip upper tailgate trim - 3 -.

NOTE: When installing the lower trim, guide bars must be inserted in upper trim.
