Roof Joint Molding, Removing And Installing

- Rear window cover strip removed







- Pry out roof joint molding -1- from rear to front.


NOTE: Pry out roof joint molding carefully; do not damage paintwork.


- Press seal -2- onto roof joint molding before installing. First press seal on at front and rear, then press on remainder by working toward middle.
- Sealing lip -2- must face center of vehicle.
- Seal -2- must not touch sealing seam -3-.
- Position roof joint molding flush at front of roof and press into roof duct at rear.
