Fog Lights, Removing and Installing


WARNING!
Disconnect battery Ground (GND) strap before working on the electrical system.


NOTE:
- Obtain radio code before disconnecting battery.
- Be sure to activate vehicle features (radio, clock, electric window regulators) according to owner's manual when the battery is reconnected.


Important notes:
- To prevent contact corrosion, use only approved bolts, nuts, washers etc.
- These items have a special surface coating and can be recognized by their greenish color.
- These bolts must also be stored separately

Removing







- Remove air grill by pulling latch -3- downward using a flat head screwdriver.
- Remove trim plate at fog light forward. Trim plate is secured with three latches -2-.







- Trim plate is inserted in guides -3- at fog light.
- Remove mounting screws -1-.
- Remove fog light from bracket -2- by pulling forward slightly.
- Disconnect electrical harness connector.

Installing
- Complete installation in reverse order of removal.
- Adjust fog light after installing.
