Work sequence
- Obtain code on vehicles with coded radio/integrated radio and navigation system.
- With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (GND) cable.
- Briefly open fuel tank filler cap (to release pressure).
- Remove sender for fuel gauge -G (right).
- Extract remaining fuel in right-hand section of tank through opening for fuel level sender.
- Remove sender -2- for fuel gauge -G169 (left side).
- Extract remaining fuel in left-hand section of tank through opening for sender -2- for fuel gauge -G169.
- Install sender for fuel gauge -G (right side), and sender -2- for fuel gauge -G169 (left side).
