Code Control Module (Function 07) For Central Locking

A standard code for which the control module is encoded at the factory is provided for the basic function of the central locking system and anti-theft alarm.

Certain functions of the central locking can be activated or deactivated by coding as desired by the customer.


NOTE: Basic functions of the central locking versions with additional expansion options are listed in the following coding table.

Safety central locking (SCL) and radio-frequency remote control

Beside the basic coding, it is possible to offer the following expansions to the customer:
- Central locking with anti-theft warning system, 03500
safety central locking and additional automatic locking
of the vehicle as of a speed of approx. 15 km/h
- Central locking with anti-theft warning system, 12204
safety central locking, radio frequency remote control and
additional automatic locking of the vehicle as of a speed of
approx. 15 km/h


NOTE: Safety central locking (SCL) has the following function (with the vehicle locked): If the CL is only activated once (using key or remote control), the driver's door and tank flap are unlocked, while all other doors and the trunk lid remain locked. If the CL is immediately operated a second time, the remaining doors and trunk lid will be unlocked.
