Sunroof, Assembly Overview







1 - Wind deflector
2 - Frame
- To remove and install, remove molded headliner.
3 - Face plate
- To adjust, tilt sunroof open and push trim on edge of panel seal upward.
- Tighten bolts -5- to 1 Nm (9 in. lb).
4 - Link guide
5 - Socket- head screw
- 1 Nm (9 in. lb)
6 - Rear guide with cable
- To remove, remove sunroof and detach guide profile -9-.
7 - Rain channel
- To remove, remove link guide.
- On vehicles with glass panel, disconnect catch strap on rain channel
8 - Recessed screw
- 2 Nm (18 in. lb)
9 - Guide profile
- To remove, remove link guide.
10 - Guide tube
11 - Sliding roof motor
- Setting zero position
12 - Bolts (3x)
- 3 Nm (27 in. lb)
